Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Capability to create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for adapting and innovating beyond conventional methods.
- Experience with vendor management and integration (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (preferred).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
- Background managing both internal and external client projects (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated projects, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Outline project scope, objectives, and outcomes.
- Create comprehensive work plans, timelines, estimates, resource allocations, and progress reports.
- Conduct project meetings and oversee tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and review all project outputs.
- Oversee vendor integration, manage tasks, and assess vendor deliverables.
