Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. - Over 5 years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience, demonstrating the capacity to convert user needs into precise system configurations and enhancement requirements. - Strong ability to transform complex business and technical needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the system lifecycle (SLC) to design, configure, validate, and document enhancements aligned with regulatory, security, and quality standards. - Significant experience supporting IT project Managers or programs from initiation through deployment and closure, with a proven record of accountability for delivery. - 2 to 4 years of business process analysis experience. - Experience conducting feasibility assessments and cost/benefit analyses to facilitate informed prioritization and investment decisions. - Proven understanding of core project management disciplines, including project planning, requirements gathering, risk/issue management, change control, and executive-ready status reporting. - Demonstrated capacity to influence and collaborate across cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority, driving alignment and timely decision-making. - Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, geographically-dispersed, or global organization. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including advanced functions in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including incident, request, and change management processes. - Working knowledge of Windows hardware, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure components, enabling effective issue resolution and solution design discussions. - Ability to meet onsite attendance expectations in accordance with current company policy and team requirements.

- Gather and interpret business and technical requirements, establishing trust as a partner and thought leader for stakeholders and IT teams. - Design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements, adhering to robust change control processes and delivering solutions that enhance user experience and performance. - Ensure system validation and compliance, confirming all platforms meet quality, regulatory, corporate, and security standards. - Document and convey technical architecture while maintaining diagrams and system documentation that guide teams and future innovations. - Provide technical expertise for implementations and enterprise initiatives, influencing solution design and fostering cross-functional alignment. - Collaborate effectively, ensuring stakeholders receive the clarity required for informed, timely decision-making. - Advocate for continuous improvement, pinpointing opportunities to optimize processes, strengthen governance, and enhance system performance. - Oversee project delivery by managing roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risks, and status updates to ensure smooth execution and measurable outcomes in collaboration with IT project managers. - Administer and enhance critical applications, overseeing configurations, access, and ServiceNow processes to ensure seamless business operations. - Lead technical project management across application and infrastructure areas, guaranteeing solutions are resilient, scalable, and conform to enterprise standards. - Safeguard applications by ensuring compliance with global privacy, security, resiliency, and regulatory standards. - Participate in GenAI initiatives, exploring and incorporating next-generation technologies that will influence the future of Corporate Functions.
