- Proven leadership experience in delivering SAP ERP solutions, with a strong background in organization and change management.
- Familiarity with various end-to-end business processes across diverse functions, including commercial, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, legal, procurement, and supply chain.
- Extensive knowledge of software delivery methodologies, processes, and tools related to next-generation ERP technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of ERP systems solutions that bolster Abbott’s commercial affiliates, focusing on process efficiencies and innovative solutions through successful program delivery.
- Ensure that IT solutions are delivered by collaborating with the business to ensure optimal application architecture and design.
- Oversee compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards while enforcing internal security policies and applicable cyber regulations.
- Manage a high-performing team of approximately 40 employees and service providers to deliver quality solutions and global services, ensuring adherence to standard processes and contracts with strategic partners.
- Develop and direct budget execution plans, ensuring resources meet changing client demands.
