Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber fraud or cybersecurity operations within an e-commerce setting. - Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and strategies for fraud prevention. - Experience in tuning and optimizing fraud detection systems. - Strong understanding of adversarial tactics utilized in cyber fraud. - Familiarity with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA). - Proficiency in fraud data analysis using tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Knowledge of digital investigations, data management, and scripting tools. - Proven capabilities in developing and maintaining incident response protocols. - Hands-on experience with cyber fraud threat intelligence. - Excellent collaborative skills across various teams. - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. - A bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

- Act as a subject matter expert on e-commerce cyber fraud threats and countermeasures. - Provide strategic direction on cyber fraud prevention policies and practices. - Counsel cross-functional teams on executing fraud prevention initiatives. - Conduct cyber fraud threat modeling to pinpoint vulnerabilities. - Integrate applications into fraud monitoring systems. - Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber fraud incidents using analytical tools. - Identify ways to enhance fraud detection capabilities. - Develop and maintain playbooks for fraud detection and incident responses. - Lead the containment and resolution of cyber fraud incidents. - Engage in data analytics to uncover potential fraud. - Carry out in-depth analyses to draw conclusions on fraud incidents. - Share updates and findings regarding incidents with management. - Analyze root causes and systemic issues related to fraud. - Investigate tactics and techniques employed by fraud actors. - Stay informed on relevant cyber threat intelligence. - Provide periodic reports on the fraud posture of e-commerce environments.
