Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms and networking principles.
- Familiarity with VoIP and telecommunications technology.
- Practical experience with cloud contact center platforms (preferably Five9) and integrations with business tools (WFM, IVR, APIs).
- Exposure to SIP trunking and routing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for cloud contact center systems, including troubleshooting, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical support issues.
- Help in configuring and deploying Five9 cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Support the integration of contact center systems with enterprise tools like CRMs, IVR, and reporting platforms.
- Contribute to crafting technical documentation, such as system configurations and workflows.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct basic training sessions for internal teams.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in cloud computing and contact center technologies.
