Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Operations Management, or Finance/Accounting
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Fundamental understanding of Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and logistics concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn ERP systems, including various SAP versions and technical aspects
- Knowledge of how tables, master data, and configuration are interconnected
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities, able to provide comprehensive business and technical requirements, test scripts, and training materials
Responsibilities
- Participate in the functional team for Order-to-Cash (sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, credit, returns) and Supply Chain (procurement, inventory, logistics execution, warehousing, ATP)
- Facilitate fit-to-standard design, identify gaps, and develop WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) for ERP initiatives
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP/Integration teams for development using various integration methods
- Configure various SAP modules including Sales and Distribution, pricing, credit management, billing, taxation, Logistics (delivery, picking, packing, PGI), and transportation basics
- Write and execute SIT/UAT test scripts while managing defects and regressions across releases
- Oversee data migration (customers, materials, pricing, open orders/deliveries/billing), cutover, and go-live readiness plans
- Keep process documentation, configuration runbooks, functional specifications, and training materials updated
- Follow Abbotts formal Software Lifecycle (SLC) process
- Report project progress by creating status updates to inform Executive Management, IT Seniors, business sponsors, and project team members
