Requirements

Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a closely related discipline. - Over 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in systems management; this should encompass architecture, project management, systems consulting, employee development, and strategic system planning. - Demonstrated experience as a Cloud Integration/TIBCO Solution Architect or a similar role. - Strong expertise in Azure/AWS Microservices/Kubernetes and/or TIBCO product stack. - Proven experience with TIBCO Container Edition/TIBCO BW/TIBCO EMS. - Hands-on experience with Cloud/Azure Logic Apps. - Experience with middleware migration in on-prem and cloud environments. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement on-prem/cloud integration solutions to align with business requirements using products such as TIBCO CE/MuleSoft/Azure Logic Apps. - Lead the architecture and design of cloud microservices and TIBCO applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and fellow architects to define integration strategies and solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices and standards for integration. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the integration layer. - Stay informed about the latest trends in Cloud Microservices Integration and TIBCO technologies. - Ensure compliance with relevant Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures, and contribute to the organization’s vision, goals, and strategies. - Align departmental priorities and evaluate initiatives based on strategic fit. - Encourage change and innovation while fostering creativity in others; remain open to new ideas and support those who pursue change. - Ensure IT solutions effectively meet business needs. - Negotiate and secure resources to address long-term operational demands. - Maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders across the organization and with external partners. - Make strategic decisions impacting the division or site, holding final authority over departmental budgets and project activities.
