Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferable.
- 7-10 years of experience in process architecture, business architecture, business analysis, process enhancement, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Demonstrated capability in designing and refining business processes across various functions or sectors.
- Familiarity with business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) and modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, Visio).
- Solid grasp of business process management (BPM), workflow automation, and integration of enterprise systems.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, or finance.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement approaches.
- Preferred: Exposure to enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
- Preferred: Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and engaging with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and uphold enterprise-level business process frameworks, standards, and governance models.
- Analyze and model the current and future state of business processes to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
- Create and maintain business capability maps, value stream models, and process documentation to bolster strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure process designs align with technological solutions and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive business architecture blueprints that reflect ADCs strategy, operational vision, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
- Implement business architecture frameworks to support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer journeys.
- Produce and utilize key business architecture deliverables, including capability models and customer journey maps, to help product teams craft viable and marketable products.
- Provide strategic insights via business capability modeling and process mapping, guiding investment decisions and enhancing business outcomes through the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate the formulation of business strategies by identifying necessary process capabilities to meet strategic objectives.
- Host workshops and design sessions to co-create innovative process solutions alongside business leaders and specialists.
- Assess emerging technologies and trends for their influence on business processes and advise on adoption strategies.
- Serve as a conduit between business units and IT teams to ensure process requirements are accurately reflected in technical solutions.
- Assist solution architects and delivery teams with process insights while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture governance by integrating business process architecture into broader architectural perspectives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes to assess effectiveness and foster ongoing improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and process mining tools to derive insights and support informed decision-making.
- Advocate for a culture of operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and the sharing of best practices.
