Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Operations Management, Finance, or Accounting
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT-related field
- Basic understanding of Order to Cash processes, Supply Chain, and logistics concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn various ERP systems, including different versions of SAP
- Understanding of the relationship between tables, master data, and configuration concepts
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities, capable of creating business and technical requirements, test scripts, and training materials
Responsibilities
- Participate in functional teams for Order-to-Cash (sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, credit, returns) and Supply Chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics execution, warehouse, ATP)
- Drive fit-to-standard, gap analyses, and WRICEF design (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) for ERP initiatives
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP/Integration teams for development via various integration methodologies
- Configure various ERP modules including Sales and Distribution, pricing, credit management, billing, tax, logistics (delivery, picking, packing, PGI), shipping, and transportation
- Author and execute SIT/UAT test scripts while managing defects and regression across software releases
- Coordinate data migration for customers, materials, pricing, open orders, deliveries, and billing, as well as cutover and go-live readiness plans
- Maintain and update process documentation, configuration runbooks, functional specifications, and training materials
- Adhere to Abbotts formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Communicate project progress by generating reports to keep Executive Management, IT Senior Management, business sponsors, and the project team informed about project status and support decision-making
