Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related business field.
- Over 10 years of experience in SAP OTC process areas including SD, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Logistics Execution, and Global Trade, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Previous experience in project, program, or team management.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on problem identification and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in simple terms to senior leadership.
- Understanding of process costs and experience working with service providers to uphold operational excellence.
- Ability to achieve results through building relationships and influencing others.
- Capability to enforce operational commitments consistently and fairly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional guidance on the design, development, and support of SAP solutions related to Order-to-Cash.
- Deliver system enhancements and conduct ongoing system maintenance.
- Prepare technical and functional specifications for projects.
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and implement complex, global projects.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies through configuration reviews and testing.
- Participate in user training and provide hypercare support for new system upgrades.
- Offer architectural and technical advice on adopting or integrating new SAP technologies.
- Validate solution designs and perform capacity planning and performance monitoring.
- Define and uphold architectural standards for SAP OTC solutions and monitor integration designs between processes.
