Requirements
Must:
- At least 7 years of experience in Level 1/2 troubleshooting, conferencing solutions, and desktop support.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and related conference room technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Control Hub, Vyopta, and Thousand Eyes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record in customer support roles.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to present oneself to executive-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, white-glove support for executives and senior leadership.
- Offer Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for conferencing and collaboration technologies.
- Oversee the setup and support of audio/visual and control systems for executive meetings and events.
- Ensure smooth operation of conference room technology during high-stakes meetings.
- Utilize and troubleshoot collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.
- Collaborate on IT projects related to video conferencing enhancements and AV solution implementations.
- Conduct daily checks of executive conferencing spaces and report any issues.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support if necessary.
- Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance user experience and minimize resolution times.
