IT Program Manager - OCM

- Oversee end-to-end Organizational Change Management activities for all assigned Infrastructure projects, including stakeholder evaluations, communication strategies, training methodologies, and measurement of adoption success - Create and implement OCM deliverables such as stakeholder maps, impact analyses, change readiness evaluations, communication presentations, training resources, and reinforcement plans - Evaluate the organizational effects of technological and infrastructure modifications, pinpointing impacted groups and customizing change strategies to ensure readiness and reduce disruption - Collaborate with business and IT leaders to establish change strategies that align with project goals and support comprehensive enterprise transformation aims - Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment meetings, ensuring that leadership remains informed, supported, and empowered to facilitate adoption - Develop and manage communication approaches that clearly convey the rationale, objectives, and methods of the change to affected groups - Work closely with infrastructure teams to convert technical updates into business-oriented messages that resonate with end users - Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics, identifying risks early and proposing targeted interventions for affected stakeholders - Promote ongoing improvements in OCM processes, sharing insights gained and contributing to enhancing the organizations change management capabilities - Advocate for OCM within the Infrastructure team, raising awareness of change principles and ensuring integration into project methodologies
