IT Program Manager - Commercial Delivery

- Coordinate and oversee multiple interconnected IT initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to guarantee successful outcomes - Collaborate with business leaders and executive IT stakeholders to establish program goals, business cases, and long-term investment strategies - Provide daily leadership for cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external partners, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high-performance delivery - Manage deployment processes across programs, including release planning, cutover coordination, environment readiness, and execution of go-lives, ensuring minimal business disruption and adherence to quality standards - Evaluate and manage the impact of changes in scope, risks, and challenges; align with sponsors and leadership on resolution strategies - Monitor and report on program performance against approved plans and budgets, ensuring transparency and data-driven insights - Guide cross-functional teams in developing, executing, and delivering program strategies, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and accountability - Convey program and portfolio status through clear, concise reporting for project teams, divisional leadership, and executive management - Proactively address priorities and resource needs in collaboration with business partners as program requirements evolve - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document existing and future processes, and articulate proposed solutions - Engage in pre-program activities, including solution demonstrations and client proposals - Lead program-level governance and project meetings - Act as a point of escalation for critical risks, challenges, and defects, collaborating with operational teams and leadership to facilitate resolution - Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams to ensure successful and sustainable implementations - Mentor and motivate cross-functional project teams - Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate and divisional policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates - Make strategic decisions that impact divisional or enterprise-level outcomes - Travel domestically up to 10% as needed
