Must:
### - I hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - I have 7+ years of experience in IT as a Product Manager. - I possess strong experience in implementing global solutions such as Windchill and Oracle Agile. - I have a solid understanding of business processes. - I am familiar with quality systems (QMS), regulatory, and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications: - I have a strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. - I have experience with engineering change management and BOM structuring. - I am familiar with training content systems and compliance documentation. - I excel in communication and stakeholder engagement. - I have Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt experience. ###

Responsibilities

- As the IT Product Manager for Product Lifecycle, I drive process optimization and encourage cross-functional collaboration while ensuring data integrity through the implementation of global solutions like Windchill. - I oversee change orders and documentation to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards while supporting our organizational goals. - My role includes ensuring the effective integration of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) solutions into our product development processes, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and product quality. - I facilitate secure information sharing and collaboration between manufacturing sites, R&D, TPMs, suppliers, and the Quality function. - I am focused on implementing solutions that meet evolving business needs, eliminate redundant systems, and automate operations for efficiency. - Additionally, I oversee solutions that allow the business to effectively manage training on quality and compliance, including creating, organizing, and distributing training content. ###
