Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or IT Business Relationship Manager, focusing on automation, IT business alignment, or operations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based remote process automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) for enhancing business processes.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Preferred: RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer, Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional).
- Preferred: Experience launching automation solutions in the healthcare or medical device industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable business process standards and governance frameworks, including a business process automation framework.
- Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint automation opportunities that boost accuracy and efficiency.
- Define integration points for automation with enterprise application systems to guarantee seamless data flow and traceability.
- Deliver high-quality automation solutions that enhance cycle times and lower operational expenses.
- Translate operational requirements into technical specifications for the successful delivery of automation solutions.
- Implement data validation and monitoring processes to safeguard data integrity across systems.
- Use analytics to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ensure compliance of all automation processes with regulatory standards, including FDA and ISO 13485.
- Maintain thorough documentation for audits and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, along with cybersecurity and privacy protocols.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through the full automation project lifecycle—from planning to execution.
- Design business solutions to address process gaps and requirements.
- Manage relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with third-party automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure effective system testing.
