Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field pertinent to the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.
- 7-8 years of IT and Manufacturing/Engineering experience within large or mid-sized multinational Health Care or Consumer Goods organizations.
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) POMs application in system deployments, recipe design, and project planning.
- Previous experience with large-scale MES programs using POMs MES systems or similar systems.
- Working experience with validation processes for software delivery in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- I will ensure a deep understanding of manufacturing strategies and capabilities concerning Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- I will contribute to the creation of roadmaps that outline the sequencing of IT solutions in alignment with our business strategies.
- I will be involved in project delivery for business stakeholders by collaborating with IT partners or systems integrators.
- I will collaborate with business and IT corporate functions to develop project business cases.
- I will play a critical role in the Manufacturing Execution Strategy / AN Global MES Program, Technical Debt Remediation Program, and plant infrastructure projects.
- I will be prepared to undertake various tasks and, when necessary, act as a project manager.
- I will serve as a subject matter expert in MES and industrial automation operational technology systems.
- I will work together with BTS Delivery teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service level agreements.
- I will execute recipe changes and deployments while adhering to life sciences validation methodologies in partnership with business and delivery teams.
- I will collaborate with subject matter experts to distinguish between critical functionalities and enhancements to facilitate the re-use of existing solutions and ensure process alignment.
- I will facilitate communication between IT and the business, understanding both internal and external customer bases, balancing business needs with IT advocacy.
- I will guarantee effective project governance and execution, partnering with the Corporate IT function, and ensure monthly reporting to justify deviations while providing feedback to functional stakeholders.
- I will document business processes and requirements to support roadmap development and project initiation.
- I will ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer of project drivers, business processes, and requirements to delivery teams at the start of each project.
- I will work with BRM leadership and business subject matter experts to prioritize IT initiatives.
- I will initiate and manage project requests in support of roadmaps and individual work efforts.
- I will proactively identify and document opportunities for business process improvement and the tangible benefits associated with project requests.
