Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused in AV
- Proficient technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong familiarity with Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Call Manager, MS Teams Admin, and unified communication systems
- Experience in MS Teams and Cisco interoperability
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to understand technical requirements and deliver viable solutions
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee operational and administrative tasks for Executive AV
- Lead extensive technology implementations for conference room management
- Serve as the primary contact for Facilities and Project Teams regarding site renovations and new constructions
- Assess and contribute to future desktop and AV technology strategies
- Conduct risk-based planning sessions to proactively address potential issues
- Ensure adherence to corporate and divisional guidelines while identifying areas for improvement
- Provide precise reporting, metrics, and updates on projects
- Advocate for change and innovation from a global perspective
- Oversee AV equipment setup, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations
- Manage the integration of Abbott-standard AV and unified communication tools (MS Teams, Cisco)
- Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
- Maintain firmware updates, documentation, and regular upkeep of executive spaces
