Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Risk or IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of common security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability to changing tasks and strong prioritization skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with stakeholders
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders to identify risks, conduct assessments, and develop response plans aligned with risk appetite
- Maintain the Cybersecurity Risk Management programs risk register, controls framework, and organizational structure
- Enhance Cybersecurity Risk Management processes and technologies, including tool modifications
- Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) for visibility into organizational risk posture and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness
- Create and maintain standardized reports on cybersecurity risks for leadership review
- Assist with change management efforts to raise awareness about cybersecurity risk concepts and service offerings
- Clearly communicate risk-related information to stakeholders by simplifying complex concepts
- Build and maintain essential relationships for the effective execution of the Cyber Risk Management program
