Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related IT field. - Over 8 years of IT experience with a focus on cybersecurity. - Experience in cybersecurity within regulated manufacturing sectors such as food, beverage, healthcare, or medical devices. - Expertise in risk management, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance and the Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover capability areas. - CISSP or CISM certification preferred; GICSP/IEC 62443 certifications are advantageous. - Familiarity with risk management programs, compliance tasks, and cybersecurity operations in regulated OT/ICS environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic guidance to functional teams on protecting OT and information systems. - Prepare and present reports to leadership on OT/data security measures and recommend improvements. - Offer support and updates to Cybersecurity Governance leadership. - Assign and oversee tasks for OT Security Coordinators at various sites, tracking performance and contributing to staffing decisions. - Lead the implementation and maintenance of the OT cybersecurity strategy, including asset mapping, network segmentation, and emergency recovery plans. - Ensure adherence to Abbott and division-specific IT policies and cybersecurity standards. - Conduct risk management activities, including assessments and remediation efforts for OT systems; execute threat modeling and prioritize remediation. - Coordinate vulnerability assessments and patch management for OT systems, collaborating with various departments. - Ensure compliance with relevant manufacturing regulations and standards, integrating updates into plant protocols and supporting audits. - Stay updated on global cybersecurity regulatory changes and drive remediation efforts. - Work alongside Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to create secure system architectures and apply cybersecurity safeguards throughout various lifecycles. - Maintain OT cybersecurity standards, controls, and technologies, enhancing monitoring practices and escalating issues as necessary. - Develop Vendor Risk Management programs, ensuring cybersecurity measures are part of the procurement process and vendor assessments. - Define and manage site-level roles and tasks related to OT cybersecurity incident response. - Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, corrective action, and training exercises. - Promote the use of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms for tracking risks and controls. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to cybersecurity effectiveness and compliance.
