Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of professional experience in information technology or a related field
- Demonstrated history of managing IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and data processing techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and standards
- Background in IT security oversight and risk management
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and direction of IT systems and infrastructure
- Oversee investigations, feasibility studies, and assessments of new and existing systems
- Guide the selection, installation, and use of hardware, software, and related tools
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and relevant programming techniques
- Provide training and support for management on data processing and digital tools
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical standards
- Develop, manage, and recommend IT budgets
- Ensure the security and integrity of information systems
- Direct maintenance efforts and quality control processes to enhance system performance
- Monitor IT operations and implement enhancements for efficiency and reliability
- Manage staffing, development, and performance of IT professionals and supporting staff
- Allocate personnel across IT functions to address organizational needs
