Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in software development is mandatory; experience in business operations is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in various programming languages, coding standards, and development processes.
- Current knowledge of contemporary development software is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for quickly evaluating complex programming tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software solution team to effectively address client business needs with suitable solutions.
- Facilitate all software development projects and closely collaborate with client leads to gather insights and analyze business challenges.
- Conduct client engagement meetings and workshops, articulating business requirements and translating them into software development specifications.
- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, ensuring proper procedures and processes are adhered to throughout.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within the allocated budget, managing project risks proactively.
- Review software product specifications and requirements, along with test cases (unit tests, API tests, user acceptance tests).
- Document detailed software development specifications and monitor overall project status.
- Write, revise, and review product requirements and specifications, managing any changes throughout execution.
- Provide technical support to various functions within the company.
- Plan, coordinate, oversee, and evaluate information systems operations with customer and partner systems.
- Manage the software development team, including hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Set objectives for team members and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and overall productivity.
- Lead initiatives for the Asian market, assisting management in expanding this sector.
- Collaborate with the managing director on solution bidding and proposal preparation.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and present proposed solutions.
- Design target system architecture, including the implementation plan and budget.
- Provide insights to help the development team integrate local payment systems for Asian clients (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay).
