Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in delivering technical support within a corporate or enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting software across various operating systems, particularly Windows
- Experience with IT infrastructure components, including Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration
- Proficient in using help desk ticketing systems such as Team-Support or similar for tracking issues and documentation
- Familiarity with computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with users of varying technical proficiencies
- Ability to quickly analyze intricate technical issues and formulate timely, effective solutions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Equivalent experience will also be considered
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone and online, efficiently diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot software issues across multiple operating systems within our .NET and Cloud platforms
- Assist in computer management tasks such as updating software, configuring user accounts, and maintaining Active Directory accounts
- Collaborate with our network administrator to address issues related to DNS configuration, TCP/IP troubleshooting, LAN setup, VPN connectivity, and firewall management
- Manage help desk tickets using Team-Support to document problems, track their resolutions, and communicate with users effectively
- Work closely with the Software Development team on infrastructure initiatives involving Microsoft AZURE server environments
- Support the deployment and troubleshooting of network hardware including switches, routers, and wireless access points for our Wireless Warehousing technology
- Advise users on hardware upgrades, software installations, and operating system configurations
