Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years in technical writing, ideally in IT or business sectors.
- Expertise in creating clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in developing various documents such as business process manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Strong editing and organizational abilities to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience documenting business processes in at least five SAP projects, familiar with SAP terminology and environments.
- Knowledge of relevant SAP modules and business operations, particularly in utility or similar sectors.
- Skill in mapping and analyzing complex business processes effectively.
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities to produce tailored technical documentation.
- Experience with specialized documentation tools (e.g., process mapping software, document management systems).
- Proficiency in using screenshot and image editing tools for enhanced documentation clarity.
- Capability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation efforts and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business process requirements.
- Produce various types of documentation, including user guides and business process manuals.
- Ensure that documentation is clear, precise, and tailored for diverse audiences.
- Develop and implement templates and standards for documentation consistency.
- Conduct reviews and revisions of documentation based on stakeholder feedback.
- Manage multiple documentation projects and deliver them within specified timelines.
- Use process mapping tools to document business processes accurately.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for users.
- Provide support in SAP implementation projects by delivering high-quality documentation.
