Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of comprehensive project management experience applying relevant principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing 2 or more direct reports and several matrixed teams while collaborating with executive stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of providing project management services to state entities on IT projects similar in size and complexity, including work on a Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) approved project.
- A minimum of 5 years in a lead project management role for IT projects utilizing Agile Methodology.
- At least 5 years in a lead project manager role overseeing the implementation of cloud-based Software-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service solutions, preferably Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
- A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- A bachelors degree in an IT-related field or Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise IT delivery projects.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage direct resources and coordinate with matrixed teams.
- Interface with executive leadership to provide updates and align project objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they meet organizational goals.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Drive change management initiatives to support project implementations.
