Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Masters degree or doctorate is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience in IT projects, with at least three (3) years in systems analysis and design
- Three (3) years of experience in analyzing legislative mandates and their impacts on system requirements
- Three (3) years of experience creating PAL documentation for IT projects, particularly for Stages 3 and 4
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis for complex IT modernization projects
- Gather and evaluate both business and technical requirements
- Support assessments related to legislative impacts
- Assist in evaluating vendor proposals and preparing solution specifications
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop necessary artifacts for project documentation
- Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective planning and smooth transition into implementation
