Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems, networks, and IT infrastructure in a professional environment
- Proficient knowledge in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud identity platforms (such as Azure AD)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams
- Understanding of core networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs)
- Knowledge in data protection measures and endpoint security
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to manage on-prem and cloud storage solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence in managing technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ticket workload and respond to client needs efficiently
- Conduct regular onsite client visits for support and project management
- Act as the primary engineer on multiple active projects, coordinating efforts effectively
- Serve as a direct escalation point for Help Desk/NOC team inquiries
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on evolving technologies relevant to the role
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
- Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing within the team
- Cultivate client relationships, ensuring their trust and satisfaction through effective communication
