Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience with vehicle or bench testing
- Proficient with test-related measurement technologies and tools such as DOORS, Measurement Test Systems (MTS), Vector tools (including CANape, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANdela, or ETM), OxTS DGPS, and trailer simulation tools
- Knowledge of automotive electronic and electromechanical products, including CAN and Ethernet communication bus systems
- Experience using Jira
- At least 1 year of experience with Driver Assistance Systems and ADAS sensors
- Familiarity with JAZZ tool
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for test engineering activities
- Plan, organize, and supervise detailed test activities for system testing
- Ensure timely delivery of test-specific work products while meeting quality and cost requirements
- Test drive vehicles owned by our company
- Verify that the system meets the intended functionality according to the defined system requirements
- Align with the test strategy outlined in the Master Test Plan
- Define test cases to assess and confirm the performance and robustness of the system
- Establish and supply test systems (hardware and software) according to set standards and specifications
- Assist in formulating the test strategy, considering available tools
- Mentor and coordinate with less experienced team members at both team and program levels
- Opportunity for telecommuting up to 4 days per month
