Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Computer Science. - Over 10 years of experience in systems architecture and engineering for Government IT initiatives. - At least one certification from: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP. - ITIL v4 certification is preferred. - Familiarity with digital mission engineering in DoD or similar settings is desirable. - Proficient in designing secure IT infrastructures of a complex nature. - Practical experience with Tactical Data Link (TDL) and enterprise architecture integration. - Advanced knowledge in CI/CD pipeline implementation and management. - Strong analytical skills in systems design, logic design, and digital systems engineering. - Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency. - Capable of preparing and maintaining detailed engineering documentation. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially within multidisciplinary groups. - Understands government IT compliance standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

- Utilize digital mission engineering techniques to integrate existing DoD and industry capability architectures into USSTRATCOMs Enterprise Architecture. - Offer Tactical Data Link (TDL) support and design complex IT infrastructure solutions. - Install, configure, test, and uphold operating systems, application software, and system management tools. - Design systems architecture for both new and existing computer systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. - Engage in systems development and design activities, including logic design, I/O modeling, and digital systems engineering. - Create innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency in production settings. - Provide critical insights and guidance for the documentation related to engineering processes and procedures. - Manage and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline tools to enhance development and deployment efficiency. - Participate in shift work to deliver continuous 7x24 coverage and cybersecurity support.
