Requirements
Must:
- Must successfully pass a drug test and background check
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in information systems, computer science, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in information systems or a closely related area
- Related education and experience might be considered interchangeable on a year-for-year basis
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for various computer hardware, software, and associated equipment
- Identify and propose solutions to address software and hardware issues
- Engage in the planning, execution, and installation of new systems aligned with city needs and user requirements
- Receive and evaluate service requests, coordinating with team members to fulfill them
- Generate a diverse range of reports and data for end users and DTI management to improve their responsiveness to needs
- Upgrade current hardware and software; transfer data files between differing computer platforms; assist in system restoration and reconfiguration

Our offering includes a competitive pay rate of $22.59 per hour, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
