Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to PDIS-related inquiries via email
- Create and manage support tickets in FreshService ITSM
- Provide Tier 1 support including answering general queries and assisting with login issues
- Handle password resets and guide users through navigation
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or appropriate technical teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and resolutions in FreshService
- Ensure timely responses to all incoming PDIS support emails
- Generate weekly status reports summarizing ticket volume and resolution times
Description
We are ATA Services, Inc., seeking to employ Remote Helpdesk Support staff for a temporary position. This role is fully remote, but we require candidates to reside in New Mexico. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour, with weekly payouts, and the assignment is set to start ASAP and end on June 30, 2026. Our team supports the Professional Development Information System (PDIS), aiming to enhance user satisfaction while maintaining compliance with our organizational standards.
