Help Desk Representative (Tech Support)

- Assist residents of New Mexico with inquiries regarding the Summer Reading Program through phone, email, and other communication channels. - Provide accurate information related to registration, enrollment, schedules, resources, and logistical details. - Support instructors and site coordinators by addressing program-related inquiries and assisting with registration processes. - Stay informed about program updates and convey relevant information clearly to stakeholders. - Track and document interactions for effective follow-up and reporting purposes. - Resolve issues or refer unresolved matters to the appropriate team as necessary. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and participant satisfaction. - Engage in regular communication with constituents via phone and email. - Maintain frequent dialogue with program coordinators and administrators. - Be prepared to sit for extended periods during work hours.
