Service Integration Specialist - Cloud Focus

- Serve as the main billing contact for all acquisition integration activities - Collaborate with Integration Managers to onboard acquired companies into our billing and reporting system - Conduct introductions, kickoff meetings, and onboarding sessions for new partners - Provide hands-on training on billing systems, reporting processes, forecasting expectations, and documentation standards - Guide new teams through daily billing workflows, ensuring comprehension of procedures, timelines, and compliance requirements - Monitor progress during the earn-out period and offer ongoing support for successful adoption of our processes - Light travel may be required for onsite onboarding, training sessions, or integration support - Act as a backup biller for service invoicing teams during PTO, vacancies, or high-volume billing periods - Assist with month-end processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies - Support documentation reviews, reconciliations, and system updates as necessary - Partner with Integration Managers, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment throughout onboarding - Help develop and refine onboarding materials, SOPs, and training documentation - Respond promptly to inquiries from newly integrated partners and internal stakeholders - Support special projects related to acquisitions, system enhancements, and process improvements - Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
