Requirements

Must:
- Must possess a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. - Advanced technical expertise and experience in areas such as Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federated Services, Active Directory Certificate Services, Windows Server Update Services, ePO, Splunk, STIG/SCAP, YUM, ACAS Automation, and Azure Monitor / Log Analytics. - Security+ Certification is required. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in SCI/SAP environments. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position in a relevant field. - A total of 8-12 years of proven experience in related technologies. - Preferred: 5+ years in a leadership role in the relevant business area.

Responsibilities

- Design innovative solutions to enhance Cyber Threat and Cyber Defensive Operations. - Automate procedures for threat assessment and reporting. - Monitor and present trends in system and organizational security posture to the ISSM/ISSO. - Offer cybersecurity advice to the ISSM based on critical threats and vulnerabilities. - Execute security measures for systems following established protocols, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation. - Propose modifications or adjustments based on testing results. - Address security deficiencies observed during security and certification testing, or recommend risk acceptance to the ISSM. - Provide audit support as needed. - Ensure all activities related to system security operations and maintenance are properly recorded and updated. - Confirm that security-enabled products reduce risks to acceptable levels and report outcomes to the ISSM. - Develop and test procedures for system operations transfer to alternate sites based on availability requirements. - Assess access control measures based on the principles of least privilege and need-to-know, providing findings to the ISSM/ISSO. - Evaluate configuration management processes and report findings to the ISSM/ISSO. - Assess and report the effectiveness of security controls to the ISSM. - Help identify security requirements for systems concerning data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. - Assist in documenting security controls and procedures for managing risks and incidents. - Participate in the collection and organization of documentation for Authority to Operate Packages.
