Must:
We require candidates to be currently enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. Having knowledge or hands-on experience with HR processes, systems, and policies is an advantage, as is previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities
As an intern with our People Operations team, you will independently drive and complete assigned project initiatives that contribute to our operations and ongoing improvement efforts. Your daily tasks will include providing day-to-day support for the Hire2Retire process with accuracy and efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR, and Business Services, to achieve shared goals. Throughout the internship, you will progress through onboarding and training, undertake project work, and conclude with a presentation showcasing your achievements and project results to the team and leadership. You will engage in regular feedback sessions with your supervisor to foster your professional growth.

You will join ASML’s Global Business Services organization and People Operations team in Chandler, AZ, where you will have the chance to thrive in an innovative and impactful environment. This summer internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global setting while working on meaningful projects and daily operations. You'll utilize cutting-edge tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications, alongside receiving LEAN Yellow Belt training with the potential for certification. We prioritize mentoring and networking; you will be paired with a mentor and have several opportunities to connect with professionals across ASML, gathering insights into various career paths and industry trends. Throughout the 12-week program, you will be active in enhancing your skills in project management, communication, and analytical reporting. All positions are on-site in Chandler, AZ, and we will ensure that you build a solid foundation for your future career, enriched by direct collaboration and engagement with our vibrant workplace culture.
