Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Developer with practical knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio
- Robust understanding of designing and deploying Cloud solutions
- Proficient in configuring Salesforce platforms (custom objects, fields, workflows, etc.) to enhance business operations
- Knowledge of integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware tools
- Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with various Salesforce technologies and third-party applications
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., GIT) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to identify and resolve application issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio
- Design and implement custom solutions to streamline business processes
- Configure Salesforce platforms, including objects, fields, and workflows, to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate on integration tasks involving REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware tools
- Engage in Agile methodology practices and contribute to DevOps initiatives
- Participate in the deployment of Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as they arise
- Maintain documentation related to development processes and workflows
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and updates
