About the Role:
We are seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join our Englewood, Colorado based team. This position is within our Native Player development team. This team builds the technology that ensures a high quality video streaming experience for all of our customers.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
● Participate in Scrum activities
● Collaborate with peers
● Learn from senior engineers
● Tackle challenging user stories with high degree of energy
Must Have:
● A strong interest in developing a user facing application
● A strong interest in learning and developing skills in C++, Java, and
Objective C
● A four-year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
professional
software engineering experience
● 1-2 years Experience of using video streaming applications
● 1-2 years Experience setting up and managing streaming devices
● 1-2 yearsExperience with scripting tools and bash/command line scripting
● A strong desire to learn new technologies and devices
● A commitment to excellence and attention detail
