Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Entra ID / Administration, and Microsoft 365
- Strong hardware support skills for Apple and Microsoft products
- Experienced with software support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple MacOS
- Knowledge of installation and management of various client-used software
- Solid understanding of networking hardware with an emphasis on support and configurations
- Excellent communication abilities with a focus on clarity and consistency
- Structured work ethic and a technology solutions mindset centered on people
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, and other Microsoft credentials are a plus
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and secure client computer networks to ensure dependable connectivity and optimal performance
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure
- Plan network upgrades and support cloud and hybrid environments
- Document network architecture comprehensively
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and align with business requirements
- Address and resolve daily technical issues faced by client employees
- Consult with senior team members regarding complex resolutions
- Update relevant documentation utilized in the field
