Requirements
Must:
- 3–5+ years of direct experience in an MSP environment required for Level II role
- 5+ years of relevant MSP experience required for Level III role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, MFA)
- Experience with Windows Server versions 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Familiarity with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
- Competence in managing SonicWall firewalls
- Knowledge of UniFi / Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
- Comprehension of backup and disaster recovery concepts
- Experience with RMM and ticketing systems
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for onsite visits
Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 2 technical issues independently
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, including user management and licensing
- Administer Windows Server components such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10 and 11 systems
- Manage SonicWall firewalls, including setting up VPNs and configuring firmware and rules
- Deploy and maintain UniFi / Ubiquiti networking devices
- Conduct onsite service visits when necessary
- Maintain precise and thorough documentation
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support
