Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in PLM administration, engineering services, or similar technical roles.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience managing smaller projects or enhancing processes, including mentoring junior team members.
- Advanced skills in PLM tools, particularly SAP PLM and ECTR.
- Strong understanding of CAD systems (e.g., SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, AutoCAD) and their integration with PLM.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaborative skills, particularly across diverse teams.
- Effective at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and provide support for PLM systems such as SAP PLM, ECTR, DMS, CenitConnect APM, and SOLIDWORKS.
- Assist in the upgrades, integrations, and deployment projects related to PLM and ERP.
- Analyze workflows within PLM and suggest enhancements to processes.
- Help standardize data structures, naming conventions, and lifecycle governance practices.
- Support and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring documentation accuracy, prompt approvals, and clear communication across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to defining and refining change management policies and configuration standards to facilitate broad PLM adoption.
- Ensure compliance with product traceability standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product development teams to promote PLM best practices.
- Provide user training, generate documentation, and act as a primary contact for daily PLM support.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy, security, and accessibility of product data.
- Assist in product data governance initiatives and lifecycle management standards.
