Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or related sectors
- Intermediate knowledge of Lean or other process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities; certification in AOSos Problem Solving or equivalent is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and process analysis tools
- Excellent ability to collect, interpret, and present data accurately
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Effective communication skills to engage diverse audiences and foster team collaboration

Additional Qualifications:
- Trainer certification in Problem Solving methodologies
- Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Experience in process mapping software such as Visio
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems, or regulatory compliance
- Lean Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., Shingo, AME, SME)
- Experience analyzing companys profit and loss statements for validated financial savings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, using basic and advanced CI tools to enhance workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and boost productivity
- Gather, examine, and interpret production and process data to uncover inefficiencies and potential improvements; suggest and apply solutions for time, waste, and cost reductions
- Create and update process maps, assisting front-line teams with the development and implementation of standards and job instructions
- Organize problem-solving sessions, Kaizen events, and workshops to tackle operational challenges, applying root cause analysis (RCA) and Lean methodologies
- Establish and implement measurement systems, including KPIs, to evaluate the success of process enhancements and sustainability efforts
- Educate and guide team members on continuous improvement methodologies, nurturing a culture of continuous advancement
- Track and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, working with teams to address challenges and ensure effective communication
- Compile and present thorough reports on project outcomes, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain detailed records of improvement activities to ensure transparency and promote knowledge sharing across the organization
- Partner with IT and systems teams to identify and implement technological solutions for business process innovation.
