CI Engineer with DevOps expertise

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field - A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or related sectors - Intermediate knowledge of Lean or other process improvement methodologies - Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities; certification in AOSos Problem Solving or equivalent is a plus - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and process analysis tools - Excellent ability to collect, interpret, and present data accurately - Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once - Effective communication skills to engage diverse audiences and foster team collaboration - Growth mindset with a focus on personal development and knowledge sharing - Basic project management skills - Experience leading meetings, group discussions, and improvement activities - Business acumen to understand the impact of decisions on organizational objectives - Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and support team changes proactively - Commitment to integrity and fostering a positive work culture Additional Qualifications: - Trainer certification in Problem Solving methodologies - Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks - Experience in process mapping software such as Visio - Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems, or regulatory compliance - Lean Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., Shingo, AME, SME) - Experience analyzing companys profit and loss statements for validated financial savings.
