Requirements
Must:

- Understanding of SQL databases and system design principles
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in high ownership settings
- Effective communication skills and comfort with direct feedback
- Logistics industry experience is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Design and implement both single and multi-agent systems addressing real operational challenges
- Integrate agents with various APIs, databases, and internal systems
- Create internal AI assistants tailored for different departments
- Optimize and enhance prompt management, memory handling, context awareness, and reliability
- Review and automate repetitive manual processes across teams
- Develop replacements using Python, n8n, or similar tools
- Connect CRM, WMS, Slack, and other systems to streamline workflows
- Establish audit, monitoring, and error handling protocols
- Define internal standards for AI system deployment
- Oversee model performance, latency, and cost management
- Create reusable frameworks for internal AI projects
- Ensure documentation, security, and scalability of AI solutions
- Measure and report the impact of implemented AI solutions by tracking key metrics such as hours saved and cost reductions
