Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in creating and deploying LLM-powered applications or agentic AI systems in live environments
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience designing and managing multi-agent systems, overseeing state, memory, and context across intricate workflows
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and services (e.g., Langchain, Braintrust, Cerebras, or comparable)
- Understanding of multi-model architectures, including when and how to allocate tasks among various LLMs for optimal cost, speed, and quality
- A demonstrated history of delivering in fast-paced, production environments
- Experience in logistics is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop from the ground up, enhance current backend systems that fuel agentic AI capabilities across our operations and client-facing platform
- Design and sustain agents that streamline workflows for client onboarding, fulfillment coordination, partner management, and internal operations
- Construct and maintain backend services in Node.js that support these agents
- Create advanced context management pipelines and supervise stateful agents across complex, multi-step logistics and go-to-market workflows
- Rapidly ship high-quality updates to production on a frequent basis.
