Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet mission and operational needs
- Create and improve Advanced Workflows in ServiceNow for automating business and IT processes across various departments
- Configure and manage Security Vulnerability Response (SVR) workflows, including vulnerability intake, prioritization, remediation tracking, and integrations with security tools
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to better asset visibility, service mapping, and CMDB accuracy
- Aid in the configuration and adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to boost productivity and user experience through AI-driven workflows
- Develop and sustain ServiceNow SPM Agile Development solutions for demand management, project tracking, portfolio visibility, and Agile delivery processes
- Create and design custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, integrations, and portals within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and convert business needs into technical solutions
- Support platform architecture, integration design, and system optimization for scalability, security, and maintainability
- Evaluate existing platform configurations and propose enhancements for workflow efficiency, automation, user experience, and reporting
- Maintain and enhance CMDB structure and health in accordance with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Develop and sustain technical documentation, design artifacts, SOPs, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials
- Ensure all development and implementation activities adhere to organizational governance, security standards, and ServiceNow best practices
- Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on platform capabilities, enhancements, and modernization initiatives
