Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Network Engineering, CyberSecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Over 4 years of experience in network engineering or network administration roles
- Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Proficient in English (written and verbal): CEFR C1 / TOEFL or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking (switching, routing, ACLs, NAT)
- Familiarity with Arista, Cisco, or similar data center networking platforms
- Understanding of data center networking architectures (leaf-spine, EVPN/VXLAN)
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools (packet capture, flow analysis, monitoring systems)
- Knowledge of network security principles and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, segmentation)
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)
- Basic understanding of Linux systems and their interaction with network infrastructure
- Experience in cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including hybrid connectivity
- Knowledge of load balancing technologies (NGINX, HAProxy, or similar)
- Strong documentation abilities and cross-team communication skills
- Adaptability to operate effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed environments
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
- Provide hands-on assistance for network-related incidents across engineering labs and data center setups
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Implement and manage VLANs, routing, and segmentation strategies to support engineering workloads
- Support and enhance high-throughput, low-latency network environments for HPC and hardware development needs
- Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and load balancing
- Apply security best practices, including firewall policies, segmentation, and zero-trust principles
- Automate network configuration and operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Collaborate with systems, cloud, and security teams to ensure hybrid cloud connectivity and workloads
- Engage in capacity planning, network scaling, and performance optimization efforts
- Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and operational protocols
