Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Proactive self-starter with a track record of independent work
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems, particularly Windows and Mac OS
- Proficiency with server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux
- Knowledge of desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Experience managing virtual hosts and machines
- Competence in troubleshooting hardware and software compatibility issues
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience in banking is advantageous but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to clients through phone, email, remote tools, and in-person visits
- Assist clients with varying levels of IT knowledge, requiring patience and strong interpersonal skills
- Address complex software and hardware problems necessitating thorough analysis and research
- Construct and maintain server infrastructure across our three data centers
- Support internal technology and communication systems
- Manage projects effectively
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, PCs/laptops, routers, firewalls, and printers
- Respond promptly to client support requests and follow up on unresolved issues
- Investigate and replicate client issues, collaborating with software development to find solutions
- Document client concerns and solutions in our CRM system
- Provide training and installation support at client locations across the nation (10-15% annual travel)
