Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED is a must.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Process Control Management, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Writing, System Analysis, or similar roles.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with project methodologies and product ownership.
- Intermediate understanding of technology business process development, including business rules management.
- Intermediate experience with commonly used technical diagramming methods and tools (UML).
- Intermediate experience using Enterprise Architect or similar diagram software, including version control.
- Intermediate experience in implementing and managing applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and document technical business requirements and functional specifications utilizing Business Domain Modeling, State Charts, Activity Modeling, Use Case Modeling, and Sequence Modeling in both UML and Non-UML standards as necessary.
- Engage in planning, developing, organizing, and prioritizing technical requirements to support operational and project initiatives.
- Review, edit, and maintain catalogues of QA, System, and Application-level test cases.
- Research, develop, and document technical design specifications through Sequence Modeling, Activity Modeling, Deployment Diagrams, and various other documentation.
- Clearly articulate requirements in written and verbal formats, tailored to the audiences technical proficiency.
- Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages, conducting root cause analysis and proposing corrective measures.
- Adhere to all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures, while complying with relevant legal requirements, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Actively support and engage in safety programs for personal and collective employee protection, following guidelines in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (I2P2).
- Execute all responsibilities honestly, ethically, and professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or management.
