Senior Product Designer, UX/UI Focus

- Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience - At least six (6) years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar field - Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user interface design principles - Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools - Familiarity with additional design software such as Sketch or Adobe XD is preferred - Experience in designing complex workflows, including multi-step processes and role-based interfaces - A portfolio showcasing design work that highlights the design process and outcomes - Ability to link design decisions to business metrics - Excellent communication and facilitation abilities - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or related web development technologies is preferred - Capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines - Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders - Visionary mindset with a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design - Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues towards shared objectives - Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities - Proven track record of managing and delivering several high-impact projects simultaneously
