Information Security Manager

- Oversee monitoring of systems for cybersecurity weaknesses, threats, and incidents, and manage incident response planning, as well as lead vulnerability audits and investigations - Direct the daily operations of assigned staff, fostering the development and retention of a high-performing security team that responds effectively to incidents and meets stakeholder needs - Ensure team policies and procedures are consistently understood and applied by all members, clients, and stakeholders - Develop or enhance operational procedures for better outcomes and lead initiatives for sustainable improvements - Set goals for the team and implement strategic initiatives as outlined by senior management while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines - Respond to security audits and handle any issues related to network or system breaches; maintain detailed documentation of all security assessments to refine processes - Supervise Security Operations projects and the integration of new security tools into the existing system - Evaluate the performance of security vendors to confirm that their solutions meet our operational benchmarks; collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support security initiatives and requirements
