Telephony SME NG911 Systems

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a specific technical or business application, product, platform, or methodology - Proficiency in developing and maintaining call-flow diagrams, signaling validation scripts, and interoperability matrices across PSAC I, PSAC II, and vendor locations - Ability to collaborate with MSCI, Motorola, NICE, Cisco, and telecom carriers to address interoperability, signaling, and audio quality challenges - Experience in supporting testing, troubleshooting, and cutover events related to critical voice infrastructure - Skill in designing and validating call routing workflows in accordance with NENA STA-010, STA-012, and STA-019 standards - Expertise in configuring and analyzing SIP messages, SDP negotiation, and trunk performance across SBCs and gateways - Understanding of mappings between ESRP, BCF, and CHS components for handling voice, text, and multimedia calls - Knowledge of implementing ECRF/LVF call routing functions for location-based dispatching - Ability to work with network and integration engineers to ensure ESiNET-level QoS, DSCP tagging, and failover routing - Proficient in validating carrier connectivity for private IP trunk services - Experience supporting call path redundancy testing and performance benchmarking across PSAC I, PSAC II, and NGCS vendor data centers - Ability to analyze SIP traces, CDRs, and packet captures to validate system performance under load and during failover - Experience collaborating with Lead Test Engineer to develop test scripts and call-flow verification plans for production readiness - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal capabilities - Preferred knowledge of public safety environments and familiarity with City of New York and 9-1-1 systems - Design skills related to IP voice management, auditing, and monitoring - Knowledge of logging and recording technologies and techniques for both legacy and IP PBXs
