Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technical discipline such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with embedded Linux hardware (e.g., Beaglebone, Raspberry Pi) and embedded operating systems like Raspberry Pi OS, OpenWRT, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages including C, Python, and Linux Shell scripting (bash, ash)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot firmware and software for embedded Linux applications
- Work on userspace and embedded applications, including bootloader and Linux kernel
- Set up and maintain cloud platforms for effective device management and monitoring
- Participate in code review sessions with the software team members
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for products
- Report directly to the software engineering manager
